As a past Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, Matt was asked to speak at the annual workers’ comp seminar for Texas workers’ compensation lawyers this month.  He presented his paper, “Peering at the Evidence: Inside the Record Review That Makes or Breaks Extent-of-Injury Claims,” along with Dr. John Welsh, a leading Texas peer review doctor.
