In this installment of musculoskeletal disorders and social security disability, we look at osteoporosis.  People with osteoporosis often experience bone fragility, frequent fractures, chronic pain from spinal compression, loss of height, and a stooped posture. These symptoms can make it difficult to walk, lift, bend, or even sit for extended periods, directly limiting the ability to perform both physical and sedentary work.
